Shipping and Returns

NB. If you are outside of Mainland UK, please contact us with your address details and the products required prior to checkout. We will then calculate the best shipping quote and let you know what value/quantity of additional shipping to add to your basket.

UK Delivery (Mainland)

Free Delivery on orders over £50

Fixed cost – £5.95 per delivery on orders under £50. We will try despatch your order on the same or next working day and send you notification of despatch by email. Please allow a further two working days for delivery where possible. Some deliveries outside of the UK mainland may processed automatically but could be delayed to balance the costs of delivery further afield. If your order is urgent please contact us to give confirmation. NOTE: We will attempt to update notifications before checkout during any holidays or delivery suspensions. Please note these dates before committing to your purchase. Thank you.  

International Delivery

Variable cost – £Price on Request. We reserve the right to cancel and refund purchases for delivery outside of the UK mainland until a cost has been agreed. Please contact us for shipping quotes. 

Delivery Methods

All deliveries made using a courier service require a signature. Please spot check each packet delivered and sign for as damaged/missing when necessary. Any shortages, damages or faults must be reported within 5 working days (1 week) from delivery. 

Should you be out when a delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a contact card, with phone number and consignment reference. You will be able to schedule a re-delivery. It is important to make contact within 2 working days to prevent the goods being returned to us. If you have any problems, please email us and we will help.


In the unusual event of products arriving damaged or faulty, we may request photographs to help rectify any problems. Please retain original packaging. We may also arrange to collect faulty or damaged goods for repair or inspection and you must carefully re-package items for safe transit. 

Stuffedbox does not routinely accept returns other than as outlined above. Mistakes can happen though, and we will consider returns within 30 days of delivery. We will only accept returns agreed in writing. Shipping or return costs cannot be refunded. Stuffedbox is not responsible for the transit of returned goods and we advise you to package securely, use additional packaging and a tracked delivery service. Any refunds available will be made to the card account originally used for the purchase.
