  • Curtain Poles

How many curtain rings do you need?
We recommend 10 rings per metre of pole, or one every 4 inches.

What are the poles made of?
Poles, finials and brackets are made of redwood pine, and the rings and flat/recess brackets are made of beech.

    What size finials?
This depends on the pole diameter. See our finials, and the sizes or pole they will match to.

How do you join finials and poles?
The finials attach using a double ended screw (supplied) and similarly, if you’re joining two lengths of pole the same type of screw is supplied to hold them together inside the bracket.

    Can you colour-match paint?
No, but we supply unfinished poles which are ready to paint or stain to any special finish. See our finishes.

  • Peg Rails

How do they fix to the wall?
They have two keyhole fixings built into the back which will slot over screw heads. No screws are supplied – use appropriate screws for the wall you are fixing to.

    1. Size No.8 (4.0 – 4.5mm) screws required
    2. Mark a horizontal line on wall
    3. Hold bottom edge of rail against line (face down) and mark off the centres of the keyhole slots on the line. Please be precise as this is where to position the screws.
    4. Drill and insert fixings suitable for the wall type, and allow screw heads to protrude 10mm.
    5. Slot rail over the screw heads, adjusting screws ¼ turn until rail is secure.
    6. Be careful not to overload the pegrail.

Can you paint them to a colour-match?
No, but the natural oak finish pegrails are suitable for staining, waxing or painting over.

    What lengths are available?
    Six-pegs are 36″ long, Four-pegs are 22″ long and Two-pegs are 10″ long.
